  The Property Operations Project Manager will assist the Repair & Maintenance Department and Rooms Division with resort project management and administration. This position is responsible for inspecting and documenting the condition of guest suites and public areas once preventative maintenance has been performed. This position is also responsible for the administration, data analysis and follow-up of guest surveys that are property operations related. This role partners closely with key leaders in the Repair & Maintenance, Front Office, and Housekeeping Departments.  

• Landscape Gardener (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaper to join our team! Experience required and equally important is someone who is professional in behavior and wants to take care of our lush, tropical, and historic property and grounds.

  The Landscape Gardener is responsible for maintaining landscaped resort areas to provide a pleasant environment for guests and has extensive previous gardening experience.
