• Sous Chef - Outlets (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Purpose: To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef and ensures effective operation of the kitchen and food production of all outlets and sometimes Banquets

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for cleaning hotel guest rooms to 100% Omni safe and clean standards. Duties include stripping & making beds, dusting, scrubbing floor, bath tubs, sinks, vacuuming rooms and hallways, and other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.

• Cleaner - Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  This person would be responsible for cleaning hallways, emptying garbage, delivering linen to multiple places and floors and other duties as assigned by Overnight Supervisor.

• Valet Attendant (Transportation)

  Responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experiences up on their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.

• Utility Cleaner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware, etc., from specified areas to the dish machines.

• Culinary Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Purpose: To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Sous Chef and ensures effective operation of the kitchen and food production outlets and to prepare daily requisition for food area and daily rotation of foods. To assist in maintaining set standards of quality and consistency.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  This person would be responsible for welcoming guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel and ensuring customers have a satisfying and enjoyable stay; answering the phone and be the “one stop show” for all guests and customer’s telephone needs and to take ownership of ensuring all guests requests are fully satisfied in a timely manner. To properly take all guests’ Room service orders, communicate them to the servers and work to expedite their service. Responsible for offering information regarding hotel services and amenities; giving directions; dining and entertainment options. Must be able to complete a daily shift report and balance paperwork and cash drawer. Computer experience required. Previous hotel experience preferred; customer service experience required. Excellent communication skills required. This position requires standing and walking throughout shift. Applicant must be flexible and able to work am, pm, weekends and holidays

• Rooms Housekeeping - Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Perform all Banquet side-work as designated by the Banquet Captain.

• Restaurant Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Hotel Line Cook is responsible for cooking, control quality and consistency of all food produced and served in the Hotel Restaurant Outlets. Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service and all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis. Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned stations and understand & fulfill Guest Orders. This person would be responsible for production of orders in a timely manner.
