The Host comprehends the restaurant operation and seats our guests with a friendly demeanor keeping their expectations and the needs of the operation in mind.

  This position is responsible for assisting servers and management in any way possible to ensure prompt, and courteous service to all guests.

• Human Resources - LID (Human Resources)

  The Human Resources Leader in Development is a Management Training Program directed to entry level candidates with an Associate’s Degree or higher to develop their management skills by training them in all aspects of Human Resources Department. This position will assist with the development and supervision of all functions of the Human Resources department, including training, benefits management, employee relations, and recruitment, in accordance with Omni standards. The Human Resource LID will spend 40 hours each week working within the department and 10 hours completing Learning Commitments throughout the training property. Learning Commitments are projects that will allow LIDs to learn about general hotel operations, as well as the details and functions of their division. Each commitment will provide resources and evaluation criteria.

• Rooms Housekeeping - Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  This position ensures that assigned public space and guest room floors are kept fully stocked and clean while maintaining Omni standards and exceeding our guest expectations.

• Housekeeping - Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

• Spa - Massage Therapist (Spa)

  The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

• Spa - Spa Attendant (Male) (Spa)

  The Male Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the Spa and Fitness Center while providing superior guest service in an environment of relaxation and comfort.

• Spa - Concierge (Spa)

  You will work as a part of the Spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. You will be responsible for scheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. You will be responsible for communicating spa promotions with guests and associates, up-sell, and provide tours of the spa.

• Cook - Centro (Chefs/Kitchen)
