• Senior Project Manager, Construction & Development (Development/Construction)

  The Development/Construction Senior Project Manager will act as the Owner’s Representative and be responsible for overall development including management of design, construction, contracts, budgets, FF&E, warranty management. The senior project manager will provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards. The senior project manager’s responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all areas of project management such as Project Planning, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Design Management, Quality Management and Safety Management.

• Loss Prevention Officer (Security)

  The Overnight Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and tranquil stay of hotel guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.

• Food Runner - Rib Room (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This team member will maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, efficient, and professional completion of busser duties.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  This team member will partner with management to ensure proper training and supervision of all restaurant staff.

• Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the training, supervision, and daily leadership of all pool outlet personnel while ensuring service aligns with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies. This role oversees all pool operations, including the restaurant, food and beverage service, and recreation activities. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager ensures exceptional guest service, maintains the quality of food, beverages, service, and ambiance, and manages staffing to deliver a seamless and timely poolside experience.

• Assistant Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Director of Engineering Services and to assist the Director of Engineering Services in the operational aspect of the Engineering Department.

• Director of Front Office (Guest Services)

  The Director of Front Office will oversee the Front Desk, Guest Services and Ideal Services teams. This individual will ensure maximum Front Office operating efficiency by effectively balancing the needs of our guests, owners and associates.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Omni Hotel is seeking a talented, quality-driven individual to join it's culinary team as a Sous Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen’s operations. As a leader, you will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic practice throughout the kitchen.

• Catering Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Catering Sales Manager markets the Hotel’s services locally and nationally; to build guest relationships and business opportunities for the Hotel by interacting with current, future, and prospective guests; to develop a network of guest opportunities for future Hotel business and to interact with prospective clients to negotiate contracts for Corporate bookings in coordination with Sales, Conference Services, and Reservation Sales Departments; to maximize revenues for the Hotel; to maintain positive interdepartmental communications; and to effectively control and minimize all marketing expenses while exceeding overall budgeted revenues.

• Bellperson (Guest Services)

  The Bellperson is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs.
