The Resort Manager serves as a key leader of the executive team for the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, one of the most iconic properties in New England. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Resort Manager will help lead the operation responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests in keeping with Omni’s high standards and award-winning service.
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical systems and equipment throughout the property. This role ensures the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical operations in accordance with local codes and property standards. The Electrical Supervisor works closely with engineering management to prioritize and execute daily work assignments, supports capital improvement initiatives, and coordinates with subcontractors to complete property-wide upgrades.
The Irrigation Technician will report to the Managing Superintendent of Golf Courses and Grounds. This individual is responsible for assisting the Irrigation Foreman with the programming, operation and maintenance of the golf course irrigation system, which is inclusive of pump station, controllers, in ground, computers and hand-held units.

The Food and Beverage Leader-in-Development (LID) program is a 12-month program designed to develop graduates into successful managers in the division they wish to pursue. The Food and Beverage LID will spend 40 hours each week working within the department and 10 hours completing Learning Commitments throughout the training property. Learning Commitments are projects that will allow LIDs to learn about general hotel operations, as well as the details and functions of their division. Each commitment will provide resources and evaluation criteria.
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Golf Grille team with a May start date. Responsibilities include properly setting up and maintaining a clean, efficient bar, greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction by checking back frequently. The role also involves servicing the bar, cleaning service areas, assisting departing guests, adhering to uniform appearance standards, and competently presenting, opening, decanting, and serving wine and Champagne, along with other duties as assigned by the manager.

This position is a “utility player” who will rotate throughout various food and beverage departments and positions based upon business need.
