• Finance - Leader in Development (Center of Excellence) | Starts June 2026 (Finance/Accounting)

  Omni Hotels & Resortsis seeking a Finance Leader-In-Development (LID) team member.  A Finance LID is a Management Training Program directedtoentry level candidates with anassociate’sdegreeor higher to develop their management skills by training them in all aspects of the Finance Department. This position willassistwith the development and supervision of all functions of the Finance department with a special concentration in Accounts Receivable and Income Audit’s responsibilitiesin accordance withOmni standards. The Finance LID will spend40 hours each week working within the department and 5 hours completing Learning Commitments throughout the training property. Learning Commitments are projects that will allow LIDs to learn about general hotel operations, as well as the details and functions of their division.  Each commitment will provide resources and evaluation criteria. • Human Resources - Leader in Development (Center of Excellence) (Human Resources)

  The Human Resources Leader in Development is a Management Training Program directedtoentry level candidates with anAssociate’s Degreeor higher to develop their management skills by training them in all aspects of HumanResources Department. This position willassistwith the development and supervision of all functions of the Human Resources department, including training, benefits management, employee relations, and recruitment,in accordance withOmni standards. The Human Resource LID will spend40 hours each week working within the department and 5 hours completing Learning Commitments throughout the training property. Learning Commitments are projects that will allow LIDs to learn about general hotel operations, as well as the details and functions of their division.  Each commitment will provide resources and evaluation criteria.

• Bridge Bar Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  This position delivers prompt, friendly, courteous service to Guests ensuring all order for guests and servers are done accurately and in a timely manner.

• Cook 1 - Four Brothers (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The LineCook 1ensuresall prep items are prepared and stored according to hotel specifications.

• Steward / Dishwasher - Four Brothers (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This team memberis responsible formaintaininga high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. 

• Assistant Director of Human Resources (Human Resources)

  This role will be responsible for assisting with and supervising all aspects of Human Resources, to include recruitment, benefits, training, associate relations, safety & Worker’s Compensation as well as liability prevention and legal compliance.

• Operations Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  To handle all administrative duties as required by Executive Office, Human Resources and the General Manager. Supports the Executive Operating Committee, the General Manager, the Director of Human Resources, Director of Rooms and the Director of Food & Beverage.

• Rooms Housekeeping - Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

• Front Office Assistant Manager (Guest Services)

  The Assistant Front Office Manager will work closely with Director of Front Office and night staff to ensure maximum Front Office operating efficiency during the evening hours.

  The Omni Care Internship Program is a hands-on training opportunity for someone to learn various aspects of the hotel business. This position is a “utility player” who will rotate throughout various departments and positions based upon business need. Omni Care Interns are provided an internship opportunity that will result in acceptance into our LID (Leader in Development) program at the end of the season based upon performance.

• Painter (Engineering/Maintenance)
