  The Banquet Supervisor will assist in the overall operation of the culinary team for Trinity Food & Beverage (Omni Fort Worth Hotel) based in the Fort Worth Convention Center. Partnering with F&B management, this individual is responsible for creating schedules, executing orders, and ensuring a quality experience for hotel guests.

• Housekeeping Room Attendant - H2B (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

• Cook - H2B (Chefs/Kitchen)

  To prepare all cold/hot food items, to prepare daily requisition for food area and to complete daily rotation of cold or hot foods.

• Steward - Trinity F&B (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within our food and beverage division. Stewards thoroughly wash and neatly store all of the serving ware, cookware and utensils utilized in food preparation and service. This position is located at the Fort Worth Convention Center.

• Spa Coordinator (Spa)

  The Spa Concierge is responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the Spa while providing superior guest service in an environment of relaxation and comfort.

• Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Catering/Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our events and meeting space to ensure overall client satisfaction. This individual will report to the Director of Sales and handle all administrative duties as assigned by the Catering/Convention Services Department.

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position ensures that all Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Linens are processed in a timely manner meeting the expectations of Omni Hotels & Resorts standards while minimizing as much discarded product as possible.

The same individual will be responsible for developing relationships with our Select Guest members and to serve as their point of contact during their stay to ensure a flawless stay. • Massage Therapist (Spa)

  To provide and maintain the highest standards of massage therapy, body treatments and recommendations for home care, daily operational procedures, overall excellent guest care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatments and retail sales for the Mokara Spa at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. Therapists will focus on exceeding Guest expectations by relying on guest preferences placed in the guest history, while maintaining Omni standards as well as the Guest safety at all times.

• Loss Prevention Officer (Security)

  The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and tranquil stay of hotel guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.
