• Pool Bartender - Cloud Bar (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Join our Cloud Bar team as a Pool Bartender. This position delivers prompt, friendly, courteous service to guests ensuring all orders for are done accurately and in a timely manner. This position works shifts in our Cloud Bar rooftop pool bar.

• Front Desk Night Audit (Guest Services)

  The role of the Front Desk Night Audit is to ensure the appropriate checking in and checking out of guests in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining four star/four diamond standards. Additionally, they will be responsible handling guest issues and forwarding along as needed. This is an overnight role.

• Conference and Catering Services Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is seeking a customer-focused Conference and Catering Services Manager to join our team. As a Conference and Catering Services Manager, you will act as the liaison between the hotel and client while servicing groups through the planning process and on-site execution of the event or stay.

The shifts for this position, which will vary, are from 7:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm.

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  We are looking for someone to join our Housekeeping team as a Laundry Attendant | PM. This position ensures that all Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Linens are processed in a timely manner meeting the expectations of Omni Hotels & Resorts standards while minimizing as much discarded product as possible.

• Housekeeping Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  This position ensures that assigned public space and guest room floors are kept fully stocked and clean to provide support to Guest Room Attendants while maintaining Omni standards and exceeding our guest expectations. As well as assisting in delivering guest requests to their room.

• Housekeeping Cleaning Attendant (Housekeeping)

  We are looking for a candidate to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Overnight Cleaning Attendant. This associate will clean and maintain all public and associate areas in accordance with Omni Standards.

• Housekeeper Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Housekeeper Guest Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest Room Attendants thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in, as well as refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams.

• Food & Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

This associate is responsible for the daily operation, financial performance, and guest experience of our Food & Beverage operations at Omni Austin Hotel Downtown. This role ensures the highest levels of service, safety, cleanliness, and associate engagement while maintaining strict adherence to Omni standards, policies, and procedures. The Food & Beverage Manager leads front-of-house operations, drives revenue and profitability, develops associates, and maintains a strong presence on the floor and pool deck.

Our 392 room property in the heart of Austin features 20,000 square feet of meeting space and exceptional full-service amenities. We are looking for an engaging leader who has experience driving performance in an upscale full-service hotel.

  Join our amazing Banquets team as a Banquet Houseperson. This persons roles is to ensure proper set up of meeting and Banquet facilities by communicating effectively to associates and handling guests requests on the floor. This is a full time position with varying shifts.

The Banquet Chef is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen and food production outlets with a focus on supporting the banquets operation.
