This team member will ensure that all food items received meet the approved criteria established by the hotel Food and Beverage/Purchasing Departments. He/she will conduct a thorough, but prompt, inspection of every delivery to ascertain proper specification factors to determine acceptability.

• Barista (Food & Beverage)

  Baristas are responsible for maintaining the highest standards possible for the guest by providing quick, efficient, and professional service to ensure satisfaction. Restock merchandise, keep coffee bar clean and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Front Desk Supervisors are responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. To make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services to them. Front Desk Supervisors are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues, and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell/Door and Ideal Services teams.

• Outlets Manager (Food & Beverage)

  This team member will provide proper training and supervision of all personnel including supervisors. To insure prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. To ensure the overall success of the restaurant by guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing financial controls.

• Sales Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  This critical role has two key components. The first responsibility is to manage all sales data, controls, leads, and reports by following all procedures to ensure compliance from sales managers when working with all systems, includingDelphi.fdc, third-party integrated and non-integrated lead providers, and other internal platforms. The second responsibility is to accurately complete a variety of administrative duties requested by colleagues within the Sales and Marketing Divisionsin order toprovide timely and professional service to our guests.

• Banquet Cook 1 (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide high quality standards and procedures in preparing/serving all banquet food. Based on experience, qualified candidates will be placed in Cook 1 (advanced) Cook 2 (intermediate) or Cook 3 (entry level) positions.

• Bartender - Top Draft Sports Lounge (Bartender/Mixologist)

• Class 1 Engineer / Carpenter (Engineering/Maintenance)

  As an Class 1 Engineer - Carpenter you will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. You will maintain wiring, domestic hot and cold water systems, control, HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs and lighting systems. You will be expected to inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers and assist with general maintenance duties.

  The Assistant Director of Rooms is responsible for the performance of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Loss Prevention, and Guest Services. This is an executive level position reporting to the Director of Rooms. The successful candidate demonstrates their ability to produce balanced financial, guest experience and associate satisfaction outcomes.

  This team member will ensure the safety and tranquil stay of resort guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.

  The ideal candidate for this role will ensure the function room is set according to guest expectation and Omni standards. This position will set up, breakdown, and clean all space associated with banquets and conventions.

• Barback - Top Draft Sports Lounge (Food & Beverage)

  The Barback is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by supporting servers in providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests’ needs. The Barback comprehends the cocktail/beverage menus, anticipating the needs of the bartenders to ensure all products and supplies are present.
