This role will be critical to ensuring proper guest satisfaction and quick resolution for any maintenance issues.
TheEngineering Manager will provide technical and administrative assistance to the Director of Engineering Services and to assist the Director of Engineering Services in the operational aspect of the Engineering Department for the hotel.
This role will be responsible for leading and supporting all functions of the Human Resources department, including training, employee relations, Development programs and recruitment in accordance with Omni standards and local laws.

This role will report to the Director of Rooms and perform other duties related to reservations and revenue management as required.
