This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and the implementation of best practices in accounting and fiscal management. The VP will lead and develop the accounting team, provide strategic guidance to ownership and senior leadership, and partner with hotel management to optimize financial performance. • Task Force Chief Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Task Force Chief Engineer plays a critical role in supporting multiple Naples Hotel Group properties by providing hands-on maintenance expertise during transitional periods, staffing shortages, openings, renovations, or special projects. This role is travel-based and works on-site at assigned hotels for short- or long-term assignments, ensuring operational readiness, brand compliance, and exceptional guest experiences through the engineering/maintenance function. This position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Facilities.

  The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the oversight, direction, and leadership of the daily operations of all hotel departments.
