The Holiday Inn Binghamton is seeking a full time Sales Manager (Rooms & Catering) that brings a love of selling and the desire to expand a career in hotel sales. The position will report to the hotel’s Director of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for group rooms and catering sales.
The Sales Manager will support the efforts of the Director of Sales & Marketing in a variety of ways outlined below and will be focused on working with other members of the sales team to drive Room & Catering revenues.

The overall responsibility of the Sales Manager at the Holiday Inn Binghamton is to generate revenue and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals. Additionally, the position will have support and supervisory responsibilities with other sales personnel in the department which may include deployment, accountability, and staff development.
Equally important for the position is to fully embrace the “Hotel Service Excellence Initiative” by demonstrating "customer-first" actions with all internal and external customers while embracing responsibility, accountability and empowerment.
