The Night Auditor is Responisble for overseeing the front desk operations on the overnight shift (10pm to 6am). Greeting and assisting guests and processing check-in/out transactions. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to handle stressful situations. This position is full-time and will require working 2 night audit shift (10pm to 6am) every Friday & Saturday night and 3 am and/or pm Front Desk Agent shifts (7-3pm or 3-11pm).

Job Requirements

Must have excellent customer-service, communication skills, and attention to detail. Prior hotel front desk and/or night audit experience strongly preferred but will consider individual with comparable customer service experience. As the Night Auditor, you are the only person working the Front Desk on the overnight shift, so the ideal candidate for this positon will be extremely responsible, mature and have the ability to handle all stressful situations independently.

Starting Salary: $13.00 per hour (Night Audit), $12.00 (Front Desk)

Richard KelleherPrincipal Chief Executive OfficerRichard Kelleher is one of the hospitality industry’s most dynamic and accomplished executives. For over 30 years he has built and led strong, diverse teams in the development and management of leading hotel organizations. In 1983, following an early career in consulting, Mr. Kelleher co-founded Beacon Hotel Corporation, a Boston-based hotel development and management firm that grew to 40 hotels in four years. He further directed the company’s growth through acquisition of Guest Quarters Suites Hotels, Pickett Suite Hotels, and DoubleTree Hotels Corporation. The newly formed company was renamed DoubleTree Hotels Corporation, and Mr. Kelleher was named president and Chief Executive Officer.
