The Marketing Manager of Integrated Marketing + Digital Solutions will be responsible for working with our Sr. Directors of Integrated Marketing +Digital Solutions on auditing marketing opportunities, assisting with different tasks and marketing tactics across the portfolio.
In addition, the Marketing Manager will manage a portfolio of multi-branded properties. This position is responsible for ensuring core Marketing standards, fundamental expectations, and Crescent Hotels & Resorts best practices are fully implemented throughout all of the systems for Marketing.
LOCATION: This role is remote eligible anywhere in the country for qualified candidates.
REPORTS TO: SVP of Integrated Marketing + Digital Solutions SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
Responsible for developing and implementing digital objectives for your portfolio of hotels, via property-specific action plans designed to grow revenue for each property by segment to grow revenues and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) cultivating multiple market segments for their portfolio of hotels.
Provide marketing / digital support and guidance to all on-property leaders, regional and other corporate teams.
Action, support & educate and our teams on marketing with best practices on the following tools: Website Updates, Expedia Travel ads, Marketing Audits, Meta Search Marketing, Display Marketing, Email Marketing, OTA & 3rd
Party Website Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Imagery / Video guidance, and Marketing Reporting & Analytics
Develop a marketing plan for each property, with details on the programs and campaigns that will be launched with goals and track results of KPIs included.
Leverage our brand resources and work directly with our brand partners to support marketing initiatives that will increase revenues to our properties or support their goals.
Assist our properties in developing a Social Media Strategy, create Social Media Paid campaigns, and track & share all relevant KPI results.
Optimize both Brand & Vanity websites while tracking production and communicating key KPIs to our property, regional and corporate teams.
Creation of digital / marketing collateral including although not limited to digital ads, flyers, social media posts, templates, posters, video ads, and brochures.
Investigate and oversee implementation of new opportunities to increase revenues to our properties.
Maintain a working knowledge of relevant trends and best practices in marketing, digital, revenue management, sales, food & beverage, so applicable opportunities can be identified, launched, and optimized in the continually changing digital marketing space.
Manage photography assets for properties, working directly with photographers to build shot lists and be on property during photoshoots to assist and manage hotel staff, when needed.
Prepare presentations & reports for both Internal and External Customers
