Inside Sales Manager, Dallas Vicinity

The Inside Sales Manager will obtain, develop and maintain hotel relationships throughout secondary and tertiary markets as identified by the leadership team. This includes negotiating and securing new hotel contracts, expanding current relationships and overseeing product, revenue and profitability strategies. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for relationship building, contract negotiations, hotel onboarding, rate loading, inventory replenishment, promotional opportunities, reporting, competitive analysis, and achievement of revenue/profit goals for the assigned markets.

Our goal is to be the leader in collaboration, reliability and responsiveness and be the relationship partner of choice. This position can be located in our Dallas office or home-based in-market.

This position has frequent contact with hotel partners at all levels via email, phone and in person, as well as company department heads and executive team

Inside Sales Manager Position Description:

· Aggressively sign up new properties off current target list

· Develop strong presence in secondary and tertiary markets 

· Introduce GAR, pitch value, gain commitment, and execute signed agreements.

· Manage collection of hotel content, and inventory details for product loading.

· Analyze and prepare reporting on sales activities, promotional activities and competitive analysis

· Provide and interpret reports for hotel partners to enhance relationships and maximize profitability 

· Share best practices with peers

· Seek out new product in opportunistic markets as they become relevant 

· Maintain open dialogue with Director, SVP of Global Sales and Executive team as needed

Skills, Experience & Technology in priority order:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years hotel product contract negotiating, similar sales experience

· Proven track record in sales with quantifiable closing data

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and usage of the Internet

· Strong  hotel industry relationships

· Strong independent work ethic with eye for detail

· Demonstrated appetite for fast changing industry environment and creativity

· Easily earns the confidence and respect of others

· Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze trends and communicate data driven results to increase sales

· Driver's license and credit card
