Job Description


  • Handle requests and transactions of hotel guests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs.
  • Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times to guests and associates.
  • Be proactive in offering additional services and informing guests of hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Administer hotel guest payment policies.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers & management.
  • Post all charges including valet and other miscellaneous charges to guest account.
  • Maintain hotel key security system.
  • Oversee safe deposit boxes for guests.
  • Verify credit cards and balance bank at the end of the shift.
  • Run and verify availability report at the beginning of the shift. Update report as needed.
  • Review communications log at the beginning of the shift.
  • Know and follow the hotel’s emergency procedures in the event of an actual emergency.
  • Notify appropriate supervisor immediately of any problem with rooms.
  • Check in and check out should be as expeditious as possible.
  • Knowledge of hotel phone system to allow transferring of calls to rooms & voicemail.
  • Prompt distribution and notification to guests of mail.

REGINA DELBONISVice President of Hotel Sales & MarketingRegina DelBonis is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive with extensive experience in revenue management in multiple markets, as well as in branded and independent full service, focus service and extended stay hotels. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Regina oversees Claremont Hotel’s Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Revenue and Digital Strategies. Prior to joining Claremont Hotels, Regina served as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at TPG Hotels and Resorts and Vice President of Sales for Interstate Hotels and Resorts where she was responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Revenue for a portfolio of hotels as well as other priority projects. Regina provides knowledge of successful hotel openings, brand transitions and the ability to drive market share.
WILLIAM ROBINSONVice President of Hotel OperationsWilliam Robinson joined Claremont in August, 2018 and is responsible for the operational oversight and asset management of Claremont’s hotel portfolio. Prior to joining Claremont, Bill worked as a third-party asset manager through his company Robinson Asset Management Group, providing asset management and operational advisory services primarily to one client, Rockwood Capital. In addition to this engagement, Bill provided a wide-ranging variety of short-term consulting and asset management services to other investment organizations, including the LCP Group, Allbridge Investments, The Beal Companies, Brentwood Hotels, The Donohoe Companies, and Urbana Realty Advisors. Prior to forming the Robinson Asset Management Group in mid-2007, Bill was an asset manager with an affiliate company of Olympus Real Estate Partners, a position he held from mid-2002 to 2007. From 2001 to 2002, Bill was an equity research analyst with Lehman Brothers, where he focused primarily on providing coverage of publicly traded companies in the hospitality sector. From 1995 to 2001, Bill was a member of Marriott International’s Development Planning and Feasibility department, where he participated in the underwriting of well over 100 development, acquisition, and conversion projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. Bill received a BA in Economics from Hobart College and a MPS in Hotel Management from Cornell University. He is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association and achieved the Certified Hotel Asset Manager designation in 2013.
GINA PRUHENSKIHuman Resources DirectorGina Pruhenski joined Claremont in June, 2019 and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Human Resources function of Claremont’s hotel and residential property portfolio’s as well as the corporate office. Prior to joining Claremont, Gina worked as the Human Resources leader for The W.B, Mason Company, where she spent 15 years and Medical Specialties Distributors/McKesson for the past 4 years. She also served as CHRO/Consultant for Systemize Networks/Systemize Logistics. Gina has a professional history of building strategy-enabling cultures and driving organizational priorities with HR solutions, working across leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategy and engaging with employees face-to-face to understand their needs. Having the capability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization has been a key accelerator of her career. Gina received a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, and is a Certified Change Management Practitioner. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Northeast Human Resources Association
