The General Manager duties include managing day to day operations, and the coordination of the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and human resources. Hire, train, motivate, coordinate and retain team members. You will be expected to prepare and bring cash/check deposits to the bank, as well as fill in as a front desk agent if needed. The GM is responsible for Direct Bill accounts, Sales and Group management, guest relations, and ordering supplies for the hotel.
