Maximum Hospitality, an award-winning management company with a track record of brand leading guest satisfaction and Hotel of the Year accolades, has opened the new Hampton Inn and Suites Lubbock University.  The Hampton Inn and Suites Lubbock University is the premier hotel product in Lubbock and has introduced a new level of guest service to the market. 

Maximum Hospitality is searching for a service driven, General Manager that has the passion to exceed expectations in top line revenues, profit and guest satisfaction. A hands-on approach with attention to detail will be required for this truly unique opportunity. If winning is in your DNA and you enjoy working in an environment that has a strong culture of integrity coupled with high standards, you could be the “A” player we hire. Maximum Hospitality offers an aggressive bonus plan to include up to 20% quarterly and up to 30% annual salary.

· Minimum of 2 years General Manager Experience· Proven track record of superior financial results· Hilton experience preferred· Proven track record of exceptional guest and associate satisfaction results· Must lead by example· Must possess and lead with Integrity· Enjoys working within a forward, progressive environment · Ability to build an award-winning team· Ability to effectively lead the sales process to achieve budgeted RevPAR goals· Ability to work with the brand's revenue management team· Flexible schedule· Ability to create a culture of loyalty· Solid understanding of profit and loss statements· Provide a safe working environment

A hotel owner himself with deep industry relationships, Dan then added operational expertise, after perceiving a void in the hospitality management industry. This led to the creation of Maximum Hospitality, built on the philosophy, “To manage each property as if it were our own.” To date, Maximum Hospitality has managed more than $500 million in hotel assets. Dan graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. and received his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He presently serves on the boards of the Neighborhood Christian Centers, Memphis University School Alumni, and Memphis Gridiron Ministries, and is an elder at Independent Presbyterian Church.
