The Hampton Inn and Suites Lubbock University is the premier hotel product in Lubbock and has introduced a new level of guest service to the market.
Maximum Hospitality is searching for a service driven, General Manager that has the passion to exceed expectations in top line revenues, profit and guest satisfaction. A hands-on approach with attention to detail will be required for this truly unique opportunity. Maximum Hospitality offers an aggressive bonus plan to include up to 20% quarterly and up to 30% annual salary.
· Minimum of 2 years General Manager Experience· Proven track record of superior financial results· Hilton experience preferred· Proven track record of exceptional guest and associate satisfaction results· Must lead by example· Must possess and lead with Integrity· Enjoys working within a forward, progressive environment · Ability to build an award-winning team· Ability to effectively lead the sales process to achieve budgeted RevPAR goals· Ability to work with the brand's revenue management team· Flexible schedule· Ability to create a culture of loyalty· Solid understanding of profit and loss statements· Provide a safe working environment
