Camaraderie Clubs Management is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations and assure all F&B operations and services exceed Member and Guest expectations, while ensuring standards of services are met.
Maintain all quality standards for service, cleanliness, and safety; employee relations and development. Assisting with development and training of all service personnel, to maintain a high level of service and adhere to the standards that have been set forth.
Reports directly to Director of Food and Beverage or Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. Directly supervises all front of house staff to include host/hostess, busser, food runner, server, leads and bartenders.

Day to Day:
•Maintain service standards as outlined in the Food and Beverage 101 training program.
•Responsible for the service of food and beverage to our Members and Guests adhering to the steps of service.
•Directly or indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service and quality
•Check reservations and BEO’s and see what functions are occurring during the shift
•Check dining rooms, banquet rooms and outlets to ensure it corresponds to the days events and operations
•Responsible for possessing clear knowledge of ala carte menu, cocktail menu, wine menu and various spirits and beers offered by the Club
•Execute Members orders/requests in a timely fashion
•Ensure cleanliness of FOH/BOH rooms and outlets.
•Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed as applicable.
•Record daily any information for pass-down or tasks that needed to be completed for the following shift/day.
•Attend, lead or participate in all staff meetings, daily line-ups, weekly service meetings, BEO meetings and special training sessions when requested.
•Assist in the implementation of various training programs in order to maintain a well-trained staff and achieve high levels of service.
•Notify direct supervisor of any and all complaints that may arise.
•Expected to help others within the Company when the occasion arises.
•Perform all reasonable tasks as asked
•Adhere to all company, club and department standards of operation including policies, procedures, manuals, memos and oral instructions.
•Continually improve satisfaction of our members through pricing, programming, and compliance of operations and training.
•Assist the Director of Food and Beverage by maintaining and controlling labor costs, food and beverage costs and miscellaneous F&B expenses.
•2+ years experience in restaurant or club related field in food and beverage industry.
•Food Handlers certificate, Alcohol Safety and •CPR certification preferred
•Computer literacy required/spreadsheet knowledge required
•WSET or Sommelier certified preferred
