Founded in 1854, The Philadelphia Cricket Club is the oldest country club in the United States. The Club is recognized as a Platinum Club of America by Club Leaders Forum and a Distinguished Emerald Club of the World by Board Room Magazine.
The Club has a rich sporting heritage of which we take great pride. PCC offers golf, tennis, squash, paddle, pool, and trapshooting across two campuses to nearly 1600 members. The St. Martin's Campus is located in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. With 45 exceptionally maintained holes of golf, our Club has the unique ability to say we provide members the opportunity to play on courses built in each of the last 3 centuries.
Our members value our high standard in all we do, and we're proud that leadership has placed a priority on employee experience and happiness. During COVID closures, we were fortunate to avoid any layoffs and to receive had member donations of over $140k to provide as employee disaster relief.
The Controller at PCC has a leadership role under the CFO in our Accounting team, with responsibility for 3 direct reports. We offer our office staff an excellent work-life balance, with flexibility being a key benefit to this role.
