Farmington Country Club is looking for an experienced food and beverage professional who believes in quality work and attention to detail to join our Culinary Department staff. The Culinary team is led by Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC. Our Chief Steward is responsible for supervising the General Kitchen Workers, to include hiring, scheduling, and training; and maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary kitchens according to Farmington standards. The Chief Steward oversees the daily operation of dish machines and ware washing stations; and managing inventory, storage, and transportation of kitchen equipment and service ware.

Competitive candidates should have similar, supervisory experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or club environment; a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows software (Word, Excel, Outlook); the ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation rules and procedures; and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and routinely lift up to 50 pounds, and stack up to 4 ft. high.
