Signature Travel Network is a leading travel consortium that partners with numerous travel suppliers worldwide. Launched in 2005 with 150 properties, the Signature Hotels & Resorts Program now includes over 1,300 best-in-class hotels, resorts, lodges, destination spas, and unique places to stay, spanning 600 destinations in 90 countries. The program provides hotel partners effective distribution to Signature’s network of 15,000+ Travel Advisors, who collectively generate over $11B in annual travel sales, to drive incremental revenue and brand exposure.

The organization is currently seeking a qualified candidate for its 2025 Hotel Program Internship. The objective is to gain hands-on experience in various operational aspects of Signature Hotels & Resorts Program.  This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about the travel and/or hospitality industry and eager to develop practical skills through real-world exposure.

The internship program consists of a maximum 480-hour commitment (24 weeks) but may not exceed 30 hours a week and may not be less than 20 hours a week.

Upon successful completion of the internship commitment, each student will receive a professional performance evaluation by a senior leader in the company. This will be followed by an exit letter. The program does not assign a pass or fail grade. And it is up to each student to ensure they submit any requirements with their academic institution to receive full semester credit.

Hotels & Resorts Program Intern Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Hotel Team in updating and maintaining contact databases across platforms including Signature’s Extranet (Signet) and Monday.com; liaise directly with hotel partners to ensure information accuracy and consistency
• Audit hotel email lists and verify hotel brand tags within Signet
• Support data related to contract renewals, including updates to value-added amenities provided by hotel partners
• Draft and distribute monthly departmental updates to Senior Leadership
• Generate production reports from Sisense (Signature’s reporting system) based on requests from the Hotel Partnership team
• Source and upload images and content from newly onboarded hotel partners
• Contribute to additional duties and special projects as assigned

Work Hours & Benefits:

• 480-hour internship (minimum 20 hours to maximum of 30 hours per week)
• $17.28 an hour

Hotel Program Intern Qualifications / Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Naturally curious with a keen eye for detail
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and adept at multitasking
• Knowledge of general geography 
• A passion for travel and/ or luxury hotels is a strong plus

Education and Experience Requirements:

• An active student currently working towards a graduate or undergraduate degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration or related field with a GPA 3.5 or higher
• For undergraduate students, successful completion of introductory courses in hospitality or equivalent
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of a CRM System a plus
