Previous 2-3 years experience as a front desk agent in a Hotel
Knowledge of hotel booking system OPERA
College Degree or Hospitality Student
Strong communication ,sales, customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

As a front desk agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phone calls, and providing information about the hotel and local area. You will also handle guest requests, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
