Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

Location: Fully Remote

Type: 40 hours per week

Monoplex Theatres transforms underutilized and/or under-monetized space in hotels and resorts into luxury screening rooms showing the latest Hollywood blockbusters and other content on a big screen. Bringing great experiences with high-end food & beverage services of hotels and resorts.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales and marketing representative to join our growing team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with hotel management teams, operators, and ownership groups.  A secondary responsibility for this role will be developing and executing on-site and local marketing activations with our hotel partners.  This position will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities, including cold calling
  • Manage leads in CRM software and provide regular reporting
  • Present, promote and sell Monoplex to existing and prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a business, financial, and legal environment 
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Concept and develop best-in-class marketing sales materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Contact existing customers to discuss ongoing needs
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS required
  • 3-4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the hospitality sector
  • Working knowledge of social and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to travel up 20%
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
