Description

The Storeroom Attendant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to logging, releasing and inventorying items in the storeroom area. This person must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a moderate weight, have good communication skills, and comfortable working on a team and independently.

The right candidate for this position will be organized, detail oriented, possess strong systems knowledge and feel comfortable interacting with hotels leaders and outside vendors on a regular basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Logging, releasing and inventorying items in the storeroom area. Issuing, delivering, and transferring supplies to different departments. Maintaining records of inventory. Conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies. Keeping the storeroom organized, clean, and safe.

Requirements

Previous hotel purchasing experience preferred.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight.
