Essential Functions:

• Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests.
• Stand at restaurant entrance and verbally greet guests as they arrive. Offer seating, escort them to the table, present menu and answer any inquires.
• Maintain proper set-up of dining room.
• Answer phone properly and follow all reservation procedures.
• Handle To-Go orders for guests.
• Organize and maintain a clean service podium.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to read and write English
• 6-month restaurant/customer service experience preferred
• Communication (English) skills and hospitality skills required
• Ability to answer phones
• Must have flexible daytime and/or evening
