The Rooms Manager-In-Training will be exposed to the various Rooms Division operations and will be responsible for ensuring the operations of the Rooms Divisions in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

Qualifications

A 4-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience or at least 4 years of progressive experience in hotels.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
