The Assistant Front Office Manager will provide a warm welcome to guests, support and guidance to our Front Office team members, complete all related Front Office functions and ensure guest expectations are exceeded. Minimum of 1 year experience in a 200 room or more full service hotel in a Front Office department is required. At least 1 year supervisory experience within a hotel and OnQ experience highly preferred.The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Front Office Manager

  • Create memorable and friendly experiences for all of our guests, clients and our team members
  • Coach and train Front Office team members to achieve success
  • Ensure delivery of Hilton Brand standards
  • Accurate completion of transactions and reports as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer platforms to create a seamless guest experience
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
