Assisting in managing all Food & Beverage Outlet, as well as the Food and Beverage leaders. Manage the day to day and operations of Food & Beverage. To serve the guests in a Five Star manner. Assure highest quality of the Department by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as, maintaining and developing the highest service standards possible.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
