  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager with a total of 5 years’ experience in a high volume retail operation
  • Specialty retail background with experience in merchandising softlines and hardlines
  • Ability to direct multiple employees to drive sales
  • Display a positive and team player attitude
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be analytical and detail oriented
  • Stable and progressive work history, Strong work ethic
