We are looking for a front-of-house Restaurant Manager / Bar Manager to join a highly acclaimed restaurant in the Grand Rapids area. We need an ace who can lead a very high-volume dining room, bar, and outdoor patio.

 

If you're interested, here's what it's all about. For a Dining Room Manager wanting to showcase their talent, this is an excellent opportunity. We are searching for a Manager with high-volume experience in a full-service, casual dining restaurant. Must be highly skilled in managing a very busy floor, and have proven success at leading a team of restaurant professionals.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

·          Hospitality Degree

·          5-7 years of high-volume restaurant / bar management experience

·          Expertise in ordering, inventory management, labor management, and scheduling

·          Exceptional training skills

·          Good craft beer and craft cocktail knowledge

·          ServSafe certification

·          Excellent customer service skills

 

An excellent base salary is offered ($40-$55K depending on experience), plus monthly performance bonus, outstanding health benefits, and vacation.
