2 years of kitchen experience preferred-Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
Experience with catering and restaurant kitchens
Complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner and in an interruptive environment.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English and in a professional manner.
Must have reliable transportation for all shifts.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexibility in schedule required
Creative: Help create seasonal menus and designing new dishes.
Culinary Skills: Understanding and executing menu dishes promptly and without flaw.
Leadership: Ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Must accurately and easily communicate food & beverage details with the team.
Lead Culinary must have at least 3+ years of food service experience.
Complete assigned responsibilities, oversee the completion of staff’s responsibilities in a timely manner and in an interruptive environment.
