We are looking for a creative Head Chef proficient in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management (Banquet, A La Carte, and Buffets)
Interviewing and Hiring back of house staff
Uphold safety and sanitation procedures
Evaluate products to preserve Sundy House's standards and participating in management meetings.
Modifying current menus and creating new menus that meet quality standards
AOS Degree in culinary education or related certificate
Proven experience as a Head Chef
Excellent record of kitchen management and team building
Proficient in multiple cuisines
Able to manage a busy multi-event kitchen
