Looking for an individual with both skill sets and experience in each role. This position involves maintaining the dish area during slower periods and helping on line during revenue.



LINE COOK JOB DESCRIPTION 


To produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain quality and speed of output.                 

  • Desire and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of company food specifications and platings.

  • Adherence to cost control guidelines.

  • Food handling.

  • Cleanliness.


 


QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES



  • Previous experience in a full service restaurant is an asset.

  • Basic food handling and preparation knowledge.

  • Works well under pressure.

  • Reliable.

  • High tolerance for repetition.


 



DISHWASHER JOB DESCRIPTION



  • To provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishware on a timely basis.

  • To maintain the dish area in a good state of organization, repair and sanitation.
