Moxie's is a Canadian Restaurant with one location in Dallas, TX opened in November 2016. We are opening our second US location in Houston, TX in November 2017. Our Houston location is right across from the Galleria Mall, in the Centre at Post Oak, cross streets are Westheimer Rd. and Post Oak Blvd. We have 65 restaurants nationwide in Canada and have now made our first and second foot print in the US. We will be having job fairs on the following dates in October 2017 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM: 14-16, 21-23, 28-30. The interviews will take place at AMLI Uptown in the conference room at 2525 McCue Rd, Houston, TX 77056, located inside the leasing office entrance.


  • To provide our guests and servers with beverages in an efficient and consistent manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude.

  • This role varies depending on the level of business. When not busy, Bartenders will serve both food and beverages in the lounge in addition to providing beverages for servers.


  • Learn and maintain knowledge of all beverages featured in our menus.

  • General knowledge of standard cocktails and highballs.

  • Provide full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar.

  • Prepare beverages promptly and accurately for servers and guests.

  • Maintain cleanliness behind the bar.

  • Any other duties as requested by managers and supervisors.


  • Previous serving experience at a highly competent level required.

  • Highly organized.

  • Desire to be part of a team and contribute as such.

  • Complete technical bartender knowledge.

  • Ability to assert authority and make sound judgments with confidence.

  • Cost Control Skills.

  • Cash Handling Skills
