The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience,
Strong working knowledge of wines, spirits and artisan cocktails.
Great attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced and fine dining environment
An efficient and effective communicator in both written and verbal formats with management, staff and guests who can lead a team to provide optimal service in a fine dining environment
Organized and possess the ability to multitask during a fast paced service
Possesses an understanding of financial forecasting in relation to purchasing
Proficient using a POS system
Dedicated to elevating and maintaining staff performance
