Job Description

Job Overview

Drive, park and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the Stowe Mountain Club, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the Club’s standards.

Essential Functions
  • Anticipate Stowe Mountain Club guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Maintain knowledge of all resort activities and hours as well as knowledge of the Stowe community.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
  • Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage into and out of their vehicles.
  • Take possession of and park vehicle.
  • Remain at assigned post while not parking vehicles.
  • Follow designated procedures for vehicle accidents, breakdowns and incidents.

Job Requirements

  • Valid (state) driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent driving record to meet our company insurance standards.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexible schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience driving all types of vehicles.
  • Prior private club experience preferred as well as prior valet experience.
