We are currently seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team as a dynamic and organized self-starter. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners in managing department activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of ELS. This candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence.

Job Duties Include:

* Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition on hiring, orientation, onboarding and implementation and management of Summer Internship Program

* Schedule phone, in-person, and video interviews and following up with confirmations and status for candidates and managers

* Manage and maintain our ATS, JazzHR, on a daily basis by keeping requisitions up to date, in correct and uniform format, completed and then closed upon fill of position, while also leading refresher training courses for Managers when needed

* When requested, assist the Recruiters by performing basic screening of job applicants over the phone to confirm if they meet the minimum requirements of the open position

* Update Talent Acquisition spreadsheets/reports to reflect any changes or information needed to be added

* Oversee the implementation and training for the CareerBuilder Employment Screening system with all Property Managers. Grade all Provisional reports with assistance from the Human Resources Business Partner as needed

* Create Offer Letters and send, gather and maintain all new hire paperwork to ensure compliance through HelloSign

* Communication and scheduling of all Orientation to candidates and Managers, along with all start date information and completion of I9s on first day

* Conduct New Hire Orientation for Human Resources for all incoming Corporate/Regional and Property Managers and work with the Learning & Development department on follow-ups and trainiings

* Respond to all GlassDoor reviews with personal message

* Focus on building strong relationships with Corporate/Regional and Property employees to ensure an overall excellent experience from start to finish

* Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency and continued project management on HR processes, such as Orientation, Training, Development, Talent Acquisition and Social Media

* Continually work on Human Resources intranet page and helping to create company wide Recruiting Toolkit

Requirements include:

* 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience, preferred experience in the HR or Recruiting industry

* Bachelor’s degree

* Tech Savvy with experience in Google and Microsoft Office Suite

* Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability and desire to work and adapt in a fast paced, quickly changing environment

* Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

* Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization

* Strong problem solver with a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
