The Copper Canyon Grill at the Radisson Hotel is looking for a Steward and Night Cleaner. The Right candidate will clean all dishware glassware, pots, clean around areas of kitchen and work service areas, take out trash form kitchen banquet kitchen restaurant.

Clean all dishware, glassware, pots & pans.
Maintain an organized dishwashing area.
Sweep and mop kitchen floor.
Take out trash from kitchen and hot line areas.
Help put inventory away.
Remove food from employee break room area & maintain the cleanliness of the cafeteria.
Assist in other kitchen projects as necessary.
