The Pot Washer will clean the pots and pans for the kitchen staff.
- Ensure all kettles are cleaned when shift begins.
- Wash all pits and pans and store neatly.
- All food stains, smoke stain, etc. must be removed before storage takes place.
- Floor and trashcans must stay clean. Keep the workspace clear.
- All counters must be cleaned at the end of the shift.
- Meet all cleaning and sanitation requirements.
