- Maintenance of dish area, ensuring machine is working properly for washing of table top and kitchen pots/ pans.
- Must always be well groomed and in proper uniform and hat.
- Thorough understanding of dish machine maintenance and operation for optimal use.
- Knowledge on chemicals used in machine and in kitchen with proper handling.
- Able to understand MSDS sheets and know location of book.
- Responsible for keeping all BOH areas clean and clutter free, including sweeping, moping, drain cleaning, polishing, etc.
- Monitors and empties all trash and recycling.
- Preparation of other items as needed.
- Support of and participation in recycling and sanitation programs.
- Ensure all coolers and freezers are organized and well maintained as per standards.
