Ability to follow written and verbal directions Able to count accurately Experience working with chemicals Organizational skills Willingness and ability to work hard labor
Load dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed Follow proper procedures for washing items with a three bowl sink Ensure chemical levels are accurate for three bowl sink and dish machine at all times Follows proper scraping, sorting, and stacking procedures to minimize breakage Make sure that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly Keep and maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized Stack and store dishes properly in their assigned areas Clean walls as needed Inspect and refill paper towels to ensure they are available at all times at all hand sinks Ensure hand soap at all wash basins throughout the kitchen and in associate restrooms is fully stocked Sweep and mop the kitchen during minimal foot traffic times, as needed and or as directed by a supervisor Removes trash at appropriate times Keeps trash cans, dolly, walls and floors around trash cans are clean and sanitized to the best appearance. Ensure all kettles are cleaned in a timely fashion Wash all pots and pans and store neatly All food stains, smoke stain, etc. must be removed before storage take place Perform all tasks as assigned or instructed by supervisors Help kitchen employees as directed by a supervisor with mise en place Perform as a team player
