Provide efficient food sales and service to guests
Maintain stock and display food according to established standards.
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and outlet areas. Clean equipment, dishes, and silverware as needed.
Operate a cash register and accurately handle monetary transactions.
Handle a daily cash bank and follow cash handling procedures.
Demonstrates product knowledge and execution.
Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
