As a Starbucks Barista, you will
Create an experience for our customers by helping ensure an exceptional guest experience by taking orders, processing checks and handling all payment transactions accurately.
Carefully and promptly close all checks to the proper account, returning accurate change, and alerting the supervisor of any difficulty.
Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Complete other shift work including cleaning the coffee machines, restaurant areas, preparation areas, and maintain the store to brand specifications during a shift.
Follow store operating policies and procedures.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
A high school education or equivalent, with one to two years' cash handling experience is required. This position requires effective written and verbal English communication skills. The ability to answer phones and respond to guest situations is expected. This position requires continuous standing throughout the shift.
