Position Description

Provides assistance to attorneys and internal business clients in; reviewing, drafting and analyzing agreements, legal notices and correspondence related to a variety of business units, including IT, Telecommunications, Procurement, Marketing, Sales and Revenue Optimization; advising attorneys and internal clients regarding contract terms; performing legal research and analysis; facilitating internal communication and coordination with other departments; and assisting with contract administration.


  • Review, analyze, draft, and revise a variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, license agreements, statements of work, amendments, and other legal documents and related correspondence and other communications for attorney review

  • Facilitate the contract process by attending meetings, performing preliminary reviews and coordinating information for related agreements, checking for compliance with company policies, and monitoring the status of contracts through to execution

  • Perform legal research and analysis for attorneys as needed

  • Maintain paper and electronic files, tracking system, and related processes for contracts and other legal matters


  • Associate Degree with Legal Assistant/ Paralegal Certificate
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a paralegal
