The Sous Chef is to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef's specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ it's culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customer's satisfaction.
Ability to work unsupervised, must be focused and detailed.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds continuously.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands/fingers to handle objects, tools and/or controls.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch.
Ability to see and hear 100% with correction in order to communicate with guest, clients, patrons and staff.
Ability to smell and taste food.
