Seeking a talented Sous Chef to work in our soon to open hotel kitchen here at the 178 room Hutchinson  Shores Resort & Spa, Jensen Beach Fl.

Will be responsible for overseeing Drift, Dunes and Reflections restaurant and outlets, featuring freshly made pastas and pizza doughs.

Successful candidate must have experience in high end banqueting in our 8000 square feet of oceanfront meeting space.

Will be using new top of the range equipment, combi ovens / blast chillers / brick oven pizza etc..

Will be working closely with a talented Executive Chef.  

Must have the ability to organize & train staff; help create and implement new menu items / specials, organize schedules, maintain food & labor costs.

Must have a good understanding of HACCP program.

Must have passion for food and a love of the industry, and be a team player.

  Successful candidate must have a least 2 years experience in a similar position.
