We are currently searching for a skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. Our ideal candidate would have a passion for creativity and innovation, an eye for detail and organization, the ability to manage and lead a group of experienced culinary professionals, and possess strong administrative skills.   They have their finger on the pulse of the local culinary scene, experience in both restaurant and banquet kitchens, and a positive attitude and willingness to learn.  Our ideal candidate will bring previous experience within the industry from another world class hotel, resort or high-calibre restaurant.  Our  Senior Sous Chef will be a consummate hospitality professional who creates captivating moments for our guests and warmly and genuinely engages our colleagues, keeping our workplace productive, professional and fun!

  • Minimum 2 years culinary experience in world-class hotel

  • Minimum 1 years previous work experience in a similar capacity with an international world-class hotel designated at no less than 4 stars, mandatory

  • Previous experience in a renowned upscale restaurant and/or hotel required

  • Apprenticeship or college level accreditation, Red Seal certification or equivalent

  • Will be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
