Position Statement:

A Senior Manager, Accounting Fee-for-Service (FFS) with Hilton Grand Vacations oversees all accounting entries, reconciliations and financial statement preparations for FFS customers to maximize customer service satisfaction and company profitability.

Position Summary:

A Senior Manager, Accounting FFS oversees audits, processes billing, manages receivables and cash flow, prepares financial reports, monitors and maintains required records and ensures compliance with company rules and federal and state accounting regulations.

A Senior Manager, Accounting FFS serves as the FFS liaison with the asset management team and collaborates with FFS customers to ensure service satisfaction (communication, education, etc.).

A Senior Manager, Accounting FFS maintains and updates all SOX controls and ensures all financial statements are in compliance with GAAP.

A Senior Manager, Accounting FFS monitors and develops team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward

A Senior Manager, Accounting FFS recruits interviews and trains team members.

Lastly, a Senior Manager, Accounting FFS performs other duties as assigned

  • 8 years Management Experience with direct reports
