For me, that's a big breath of fresh air."- Sunrise Leader The part-time Sales Training Coordinator will support the Sales Training and Development Team by managing the administrative functions, e.g., participant registration and communication, ordering and shipping course materials, billing, vendor communications, and course certifications. He/she will provide customer service support to participants and regional leaders by promptly responding to inquiries through the Sales Training catch-all email inbox, as well as by telephone, manage the relationship with site/location vendors, including site selection, contracting, set-up requirements, and billing, ensure Sales Training job aids are tagged and posted to TeamLink. Acting as site support for the Sales Training facilitators when training is held at the CSO, e.g., coordinating catering, copying materials, reserving conference space, and acting as a liaison with Office Services team.

Job Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, e.g. copying and shipping of training materials/presentations; recording registrations for national training courses; building registration rosters and rooming hotel lists; ordering vendor-created training materials; uploading course completions to Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Communication with field participants, leaders, and vendors, e.g. send new-hire welcome email; manage all inquiries sent to Sales Training Outlook inbox as well as telephone inquiries; send bi-weekly email with Sales Training registration updates; follow up with regional leaders on course certifications; issue monthly list of certified participants to SVP of Sales for recognition; coordinate training requirements, catering, needs, and rooming lists with training site vendor

  • Provide on-site support for any sales training delivered at the CSO, e.g. securing training space, ordering/delivering catering, copying training materials, coordinating with Office Services team.


Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree preferred

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative support role

  • Previous customer service experience with demonstrated skills

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities

  • Possess excellent phone communication skills, written and verbal skills for effective communication

  • Competent in organizational, time management skills

  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving and decision making skills

  • Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
