Job Description

Sales Manager
North Central Group is looking for a dynamic, seasoned sales professional to join our cluster sales team that represents the Courtyard Avondale, Hampton Inn Suites and the brand new Home2 Suites by Hilton.

As a Multi-Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining continuous growth of current hotel sales accounts, finding and securing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving or exceeding budgeted hotel room revenue.

Responsibilities Include:
• Identifying strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segments
• Conducting regular sales calls to current meeting customers and potential new meeting customers by means of on-site visits, direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondence
• Providing current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the hotel facilities
• Enhancing customer relations and increase business for the hotel
• Maintaining proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing Hotel SalesPro

Sales Manager Job Requirements
• Related college degree or related work experience
• Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success of finding and closing new business opportunities
• Optimistic self-starter with high degree of drive, motivation and initiative
